Yes you can, by opening a support ticket with a ticket type of "Upgrades". Our packages are easily upgradable and downgradable instantly (unless of course you have used more webspace than the package you want to downgrade to). You just need to submit us a ticket in your client area with "Upgrades" as the ticket type plus the new package you want to upgrade to. This will take up to 1 hour (within our business hours).
I have upgraded / downgraded my hosting plan, so why hasn't my plan changed in my control panel?
A member of staff must manually upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan--if for some reason this has not been done within 24 hours of invoice payment, please open a ticket, and a member of staff will assist you.
