Why has my account been suspended?

June 12, 2013     0 comments

If you see this message when you try to open your website then it is obvious that your hosting account has been suspended.

In most instances, accounts are suspended as a result of unpaid invoices. Please make sure you pay all of your invoices by the due date to avoid suspension.

If you are from outside the United Kingdom, your payment may have been flagged as fraudulent by our payment processor. Please visit https://client.laws-hosting.co.uk/ to open a ticket, and a member of staff will investigate this matter for you.

Accounts can also be suspended if we find a user is hosting unacceptable material on our servers, or we found that there has been spamming activity from your account - please review our Terms & Conditions for a list of unacceptable of material.

Alternatively, we may have to suspend a user's account because someone is attempting to hack their website. In the interest of protecting the user, as well as all of the other customers hosted on the same server, we have to suspend the user's account until we are able to resolve the issue. If your account has been suspended, please visit https://client.laws-hosting.co.uk/ to open a ticket, and a member of staff will assist you.
