If a payment fails, it is usually due to a lack of funds in your bank account. You'll see any failed payments when you access the Direct Debit section. You'll see something like the screenshot below:
You will have the option to retry the payment from your bank. You can only try the payment twice, if you retry and it fails again, you will need to pay for the invoice(s) by other methods.
Please note, every retry has a 3 to 4 day delay, so to get your account active again instantly, we suggest paying by another method.
