Usually if it is your first order with us, our billing team might contact you with request for verification details. We validate our VPS orders before we can activate the services, this helps us to eliminate fraudulent orders. You will receive an email to tell you we have opened a support ticket. We need two forms of ID.
1. Proof of ID: Such as, ID card, Drivers Licence or Passport;
2. Proof of address: Bill (Gas, electricity, telephone), Bank statement or Official correspondence - that matches the address you gave when you signed up.
We only need one of each. You can scan and attach them to the support ticket we open.
If the verification is not required, the VPS is set up within 2 to 4 hours. Even if you receive the welcome email instantly, we advise you to wait a couple of hours to start working on it.
Please note, that all our VPS's packages just come with the bare operating system, it is your responsibility to manage your VPS. We, however, do offer a service to install software for you for a fee.
