How do I cancel my hosting account?

Please follow the steps below to cancel any products which your no longer require. Please note that the steps outlined below for each product must be followed to ensure cancellation and avoid an unwanted charges (see here).

To cancel the following products please raise a ticket to our support team:

Extra Mailboxes

Extra IP


Account cancellation requests are processed directly through your Customer Area by ticket, then your service will be closed.

If you are cancelling hosting, we strongly recommend that you back up the files you need before your final confirmation.

If you do not cancel your hosting/domain(s) within 24 hours of receiving a renewal invoice,you will be responsible to pay the outstanding/future invoice(s).
